At Freedom Laser Therapy, we stand by our product quality and ability to help you quit nicotine. We are dedicated to making you happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you’re not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of the delivery of your order, we’ll refund you your purchase price (less shipping & processing).
Your return request must be received within 30 days of the date of delivery to your shipping address. The returned merchandise must be in original condition with all box contents in place.
1. CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE
In order to receive a refund, it is critical that you have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number to ensure that your refund is credited to the correct account. Call (714) 730-9980 or email email@example.com within the first 30 days of delivery of the product, and one of our Customer Service Representatives will give you a RMA Number (valid for 7 days).
2. PACKAGING & LABELING YOUR PRODUCT FOR RETURN
To ensure your package arrives to us safely and undamaged in its original condition, please pack items ordered in the original packaging. Make certain to include all parts and pieces in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping & processing). You MUST write your RMA Number clearly on the return label. This is required for us to properly refund your purchase price.
3. SECURING YOUR PACKAGE
We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by a service that provides package tracking. The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RMA Number. All returns must be received via mail. We regret that we cannot issue a credit or refund for any item that is damaged, lost in shipping, or sent C.O.D.
4. REFUND PROCESSING
Credit card purchases will be refunded to your credit card company the day we process your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. Refunds are for complete purchase price, but do not include shipping & processing charges.
Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your return and up to 30 days for refunds. We will do our best to process your return and refund as quickly as possible.
5. NOTE FOR AUTO-SHIPMENT PROGRAM
If the product sold falls under our 30-day money back guarantee policy, we will refund you your purchase price (less shipping & processing) upon receipt of merchandise in its original condition within the initial 30 days of delivery of products. After 30 days, you will automatically be sent additional supplies of merchandise and be charged price plus shipping and processing. Products in the auto-shipment program that have been charged are not eligible for return or cancellation in that billing period. However, you may cancel any future automatic shipments by contacting Customer Service (714) 730-9980 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
